For exchanges and returns within Finland, a return fee of 6 EUR applies.
At Urban Pioneers, you always have 30 days of free returns if you need to exchange a size or return a product. Remember to keep the receipt for your return shipment, as the item remains your responsibility until it has reached our warehouse.
PS: Exchange items must be handed in at a parcel drop-off point within 14 days after the exchange has been registered.

In the EU, customers are responsible for arranging their own return shipping label. The link should be filled out as usual, but you must choose which carrier you want to ship with.
